WHOLESALE ORDERING FAQ

ORDERING + PAYMENT

$150 minimum for opening orders. Orders can be made by phone, fax or email. Payment can be made by pre-paid check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). By default, all payments are processed at the time of shipment. Existing customers eligible for Net 30 terms with approval. Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our typical turnaround time is 7 - 10 days, but turnaround times may vary. Our goal is to get them out in the speed of light so that your customers are never in need.

DISPLAY + PACKAGING

All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Little Notes, Gift Tags, and boxed sets may not be broken up.

CANCELLATIONS + RETURNS

We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

BACK ORDERS

Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are backordered and, if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise. Shipping charges apply.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE

10% of our our net income goes directly back to three non-profits we deeply care about. We also ensure that none of the products we create use slave labor to produce a cheaper end project. This may cut into our margins, but we believe that we all play a part in making this world a better place.

SHIPPING

All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. A nominal handling fee will be added to all orders. Most orders ship via UPS Ground. Please notify us of any time-sensitive orders. Paper Baristas is not responsible for any carrier delays. All orders ship from our studio in Columbia, MO. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer.
